Description
Acer palmatum var. dissectum ‘Seiryu’ has an unusual upright habit and beautiful lobed leaves which turn crimson in autumn.
For best results, grow Acer palmatum var. dissectum ‘Seiryu’ in moist but well-drained soil in partial shade.

Soil: fertile, moist, well-drained neutral to acid soil
Rate of growth: slow-growing
Flowering period: April to May
